TERMS

 

  • To check availability and to  reserve the apartment please send us reservation form or an e-mail  to info@ites.ee  Ites Apartments will contact You confirming the availability and price of apartment.
  • Pirces given in price list are per apartment  per day.
    Price inlcudes:
    - VAT 5 %
    - bedlinen and towels according to number of persons
    - cleaning once a week
    - all expenses (water and elecrticity consumption, heating)
    - interent connection ( in case  apartment has it)
  • Check in and handling the keys will be agreed individually each time.
  • Payment:  with credit card  -  Visa and Eurocard or cash
  • Deposit 30 % is asked  to seucre booking. Payment can be made via bank transfere. Deposit is refundable in case of cansellation 2 weeks prior to arrival.
  • Check in 14.00 - can be earlier if agreed previously
  • Check out  12.00  - can be later if agreed previously   
  • Bed linen and towles are provided according to number of guests coming
  • Cleaning and change of  bed linen is included in price once a week. Additional cleaning  costs 300 EEK 
  • Kitchens are fully equipped. All apartments have fridge and cooker.  Most apartments have coffee machine, water boiler, microwave oven. Please see under apartment rental how specific apartment is equipped.
  • Iron and ironing table are provided on previous request in case there is no one in apartment.
  • Company is not responsible for personal holdings left in apartment
  • Cats and dogs are not allowed to apartments unless agreed previously 
  • In case apartment has techinacal problems (like missing hot water, electicity problems) it can be changed to same standard  or better apartment at previously agreed price.
  • Prices will increase 15% during high season 15 May - 15 September and during New Year period from 26 th December  - 6th January
