TERMS & CONDITIONS

• To check the availability and to reserve apartment rental please contact us using reservation form or send us an e-mail  to info@ites.ee  Ites Apartments will contact You confirming the availability and price of the apartment.
• The prices given in the price list are calculated daily per apartment.

  Price includes:

  - VAT 9%

  - bed linen and towels according to number of persons

  - cleaning once a week

  - all expenses (water and electricity consumption, heating)

  - WIFI connection 
• Check in and handing the keys will be agreed individually each time.
• Payment:  Credit cards are accepted (Visa, Eurocard, American Express) 
• Deposit 30 % is asked  to secure booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer or by credit card. Deposit is not refundable
• Check in 14.00 - can be earlier if agreed previously (if apartment rental is available before 14.00)
• Check out  12.00 (if possible also longer stay is possible depending on next day arrival)  
• Bed linen and towel`s are provided according to the number of guests coming
• Cleaning and change of  bed linen are included in the price and been executed once a week. Additional cleaning  costs 27 EUR + change of bed linen and towels 10 EUR
• Kitchens are fully equipped. 
• Iron and ironing table are provided on previous request in case there is no one in the apartment.
• The Company is not responsible for personal holdings left in the apartment
• Cats and dogs are not allowed in apartments, unless agreed previously 
• Prices for New Year period and bigger holidays are agreed individually
